These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Search For Yahwah, including public pages, accounts, study tools, companion features, and related services.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Search For Yahwah, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for an organization, ministry, group, or brand, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. The default service is not directed to children under 13.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data without permission, upload unlawful or infringing content, or use the service in a way that harms others.
4. Study content and user contributions
Study tools, notes, generated assistance, and public resources are provided for educational and study purposes. You are responsible for content you submit, save, publish, or share. You retain rights to your own contributions, but you grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and deliver them through the service.
5. Intellectual property
The service, software, interface, branding, templates, and platform materials are owned by or licensed to Search For Yahwah LLC or the relevant brand/operator. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from the service except as permitted by law or written permission.
6. Payments and subscriptions
If a brand offers paid features, billing terms shown at purchase apply. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party processor. You are responsible for taxes and charges associated with your purchase unless stated otherwise.
7. Privacy
Your use of the service is governed by the Privacy & Cookies Policy, which explains data practices, cookies, analytics choices, and privacy rights.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We try to maintain availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation. Study assistance and related content are not a substitute for your own judgment, pastoral counsel, legal advice, medical advice, or other professional advice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Search For Yahwah LLC and its affiliates, operators, officers, employees, contractors, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the service in the prior twelve months or fifty U.S. dollars.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or used the service unlawfully.
12. Governing law
Unless a brand-specific override says otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state listed in the brand operator's legal records, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
